We are seeking a smart and proactive Graduate Facility Assistant to support facility operations and maintenance within a mall environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate (OND / HND / B.Sc.) in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field
▪️ Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance
▪️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
▪️ Ability to prepare monthly operations and maintenance reports and interpret budgets
▪️ Sound understanding of daily cleaning inspections and facility checks
▪️ Good written and spoken English communication skills
