Job Description
The Team Lead, Commercial Banking will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, supervising team performance, and achieving revenue and deposit mobilization targets.
The role also involves credit analysis, business development, and leadership of commercial banking operations within the assigned sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and provide financial solutions to clients
- Drive revenue growth and deposit mobilization targets
- Lead and manage commercial banking team performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate execution of sales strategies and product plans
- Conduct credit appraisals and monitor credit disbursement
- Manage sales pipelines and improve team performance
- Analyze industry trends and present banking solutions to customers
- Carry out debt recovery activities where necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial banking or similar role
- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in relationship management and business development
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
