Job Description
We are hiring five (5) Business Development Executives to identify opportunities, drive sales, and develop strong client relationships in the cargo and freight forwarding sector. Successful candidates will play a key role in building the company’s market presence and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and secure new clients in cargo/freight forwarding.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Develop and implement sales strategies for market penetration.
Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Stay up to date with market trends and competitors.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of sea and air shipment processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
