Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales, expand market reach, and strengthen customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth within the logistics sector.

Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s logistics network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within sea and air freight.
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the logistics industry (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of international shipping operations (China ↔ Nigeria, sea & air freight).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
