This role requires a strong professional network, proactive sales strategy, and the ability to close high-value property investment deals.
Job Description
Source, engage, and manage relationships with HNIs
Conduct persuasive physical and virtual investment presentations
Pitch and close premium real estate deals
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 6+ years’ experience engaging with High-Net-Worth Individuals
Strong and proven sales track record
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills (virtual and in-person)
Confident, results-driven, and target-oriented
