Qualifications & Requirements

- Chemistry
- Biochemistry
- Pharmacy
- Or related disciplines
- Minimum of 4 – 7 years relevant experience
- Strong understanding of:
- Cosmetic ingredients

- Manufacturing processes
- Regulatory compliance
- Proven experience managing products from ideation to market launch
- Strong commercial and profitability knowledge
- FMCG, beauty, or manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage
