Job Description
The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product and service support, and ensuring high-quality communication in both English and Hausa languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate information on products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively
- Maintain customer records using CRM systems
- Support sales and customer engagement activities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
- Escalate complex issues where necessary
Qualifications & Requirements
- OND / HND / BSc in any related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in customer support or call centre role
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Hausa (mandatory)
- Customer-focused with adaptability to different personalities
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of customer service processes
- Female candidate preferred
