Job Description
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks while gaining practical experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and documentation
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in coordinating staff training and development programs
- Provide general support to the HR team
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc or HND in Human Resources, Psychology, Philosophy, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
