Job Description
The International Leadership Training Program offers rotational assignments across various business units. Participants will gain exposure to real business challenges, lead tasks and projects, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and develop skills needed for regional or global leadership roles. Successful candidates will also have opportunities to relocate internationally as their careers progress.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a business-related field
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently in the final year and available for full-time work at 40 hrs/week)
- Strong drive, curiosity, and self-motivation
- Ability to work with diverse teams and embrace new perspectives
- Eager to take on challenging and varied assignments
- Ambition to lead people, drive change, and manage projects
- Fluent in English
- Conversational proficiency in the local language of the country you’re applying to
- Legally eligible to work in the target country
- Openness to relocate to another country for career growth
