Job Description
S&P Global Commodity Insights is seeking a highly motivated Commercial and Customer Experience (CX) Graduate Associate who is fluent in both French and English.
This graduate program is designed to build future industry leaders in energy and commodity markets through structured learning, hands-on experience, and exposure to global clients and market intelligence tools. The role combines client engagement, research, commercial support, and data-driven problem-solving.
Successful candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams, support client training, and contribute to commercial growth initiatives while developing deep knowledge of global energy markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in navigating and utilizing S&P Global Commodity Insights data and platforms.
- Respond to client inquiries in collaboration with technical, content, and commercial teams.
- Conduct research on energy and commodity market trends and present insights internally.
- Assist sales teams with proposals, research, and account development planning.
- Develop data-driven templates, models, and client-facing materials.
- Contribute to marketing and commercial initiatives for graduate and business programs.
- Participate in training sessions and special projects assigned by management.
- Engage in client interactions (virtual and in-person) as expertise develops.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc or BA) in any relevant discipline.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Strong interest in energy, commodities, and financial markets.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt quickly.
- Familiarity with or interest in AI tools and digital platforms is an advantage.
- Must be available to join in late August 2026.
- Open to Nigerian and ECOWAS nationals (subject to eligibility verification).
