Job Description
Lily Hospitals is seeking a qualified Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) to support patient care, health education, and primary healthcare services. The role requires a dedicated individual with strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for community health delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Community Health Extension (CHEW or JCHEW) from a recognized institution
- Valid license from the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN)
- 1–3 years hospital experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, patient care protocols, and community health education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, disciplined, and reliable with strong attention to detail
