Job Description
Grace Moni Limited is seeking a Customer Care / Administrative Officer to support daily operations and enhance customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing administrative assistance, and supporting service delivery within the travel and tourism unit.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Passion and interest in the travel and tourism industry
