The successful candidate should be empathetic, patient, communicative, and passionate about customer satisfaction. A social media–savvy professional with a medical or healthcare background will be an added advantage.
Job Description
Act as the main point of contact (physical and virtual) between the company and customers.
Guide customers and recommend suitable products and services based on their needs.
Provide accurate information to prospective and existing customers.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Follow up with customers via phone, social media, or email to ensure satisfaction.
Upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to solve customer issues.
Escalate customer concerns, complaints, and feedback when necessary.
Maintain records of customer interactions, payments, and orders.
Promote products effectively and engage customers in a friendly manner.
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Social media savvy; medical/healthcare background is an advantage.
