Available Positions

1. Customer Relationship / Front Desk Officer

AMS Finance & Management is seeking a customer-focused Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and manage reception activities
  • Handle calls, appointments, and customer inquiries
  • Process basic transactions and daily reconciliations
  • Support client onboarding and KYC documentation
  • Maintain accurate CRM and customer records
  • Escalate complaints and refer sales opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 1–3 years of front-office or teller experience
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

2. Direct Sales Agent

The Direct Sales Agent will drive customer acquisition for payroll-backed loan products within Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads within government agencies
  • Promote payroll-backed and salary advance loan products
  • Process customer loan applications and documentation
  • Liaise with payroll and HR teams for approvals
  • Maintain customer pipeline and CRM records
  • Meet monthly sales and disbursement targets

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of secondary school education
  • Experience in sales or microfinance is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Target-driven mindset

3. SME & Private Sector Lending Officer

The Lending Officer will manage SME loan portfolios, conduct credit analysis, and support lending operations for private-sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and manage SME lending opportunities
  • Conduct financial and risk assessments
  • Prepare loan proposals and facility structures
  • Monitor loan performance and compliance
  • Maintain client and loan documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or CPA are an advantage
  • 3–7 years of lending or credit experience
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills

4. Loan Recovery & Collections Officer

The Loan Recovery & Collections Officer will oversee delinquent loan accounts and maximize loan recoveries while maintaining compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor overdue loan portfolios
  • Negotiate repayment plans with customers
  • Conduct field recovery visits
  • Prepare recovery reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with legal and credit teams

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Finance, Law, Business, or related field
  • 2–5 years of recovery or collections experience
  • Strong negotiation and record-keeping skills
  • Understanding of collections processes and software

5. Wealth Manager / Deposit Mobilization Officer

The Wealth Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing retail and high-net-worth clients for fixed deposit and savings products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and onboard deposit clients
  • Advise customers on investment and deposit products
  • Manage customer portfolios and relationships
  • Achieve deposit mobilization targets
  • Cross-sell financial products and services

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in wealth management or deposit mobilization
  • Strong relationship management and sales skills
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
