Job Description
Attend to walk-in clients and respond to customer inquiries
Assist customers with account-related issues and pension documentation
Escalate unresolved complaints and follow up on resolution
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
Provide support during field marketing and data update exercises
Qualifications & Requirements
Requirements / Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years in a customer-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in basic computer usage (Microsoft Office Suite)
Customer-focused, professional, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
