Job Description
Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional frontline service to walk-in clients. The role involves responding to inquiries, processing pension-related transactions, resolving complaints, and maintaining an excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate integrity, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of pension products. The officer should also act as a feedback conduit to management and enlighten clients on available products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information on pension products and service processes
- Process pension payment applications, enquiries, and complaints
- Escalate Material Difficult and Unusual (MDU) cases to the Branch Service Manager or Regional Manager
- Maintain high ethical and service delivery standards
- Encourage repeat patronage and referrals through excellent service
- Provide management with feedback on client needs and recurring issues
- Proactively educate clients about group products and offerings
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a First Degree in Arts, Social Sciences, or related fields
- At least 2 years post-NYSC work experience
- Experience in customer service or service delivery is an added advantage
