Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service & Persuasive Support Representatives to provide exceptional support to U.S.-based clients during official business hours. This role involves handling inbound and outbound interactions while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and a persuasive communication style.
The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, customer-oriented, and skilled in resolving inquiries while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
- Deliver excellent customer service using a polite, professional, and persuasive tone
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively
- Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
- Follow provided scripts, call guidelines, and company policies
- Accurately document customer interactions using CRM tools
- Meet customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and performance targets
- Work collaboratively with the remote team to ensure service excellence
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service (call center or remote experience preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Clear American or near-American accent
- Persuasive yet empathetic communication style
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Availability to work U.S. business hours (EST / CST / PST)
- Experience working with CRM tools or U.S.-based clients is an added advantage
