Job Description
GUO Transport Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth parcel registration and collection, and supporting logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Provide accurate information on logistics services, pricing, and delivery options.
- Register parcels in the system, ensuring accuracy in customer and delivery details.
- Verify customer identification during parcel collection and follow security protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve logistics challenges and improve service quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, issue receipts, and maintain organized financial records.
- Support station logistics, including parcel dispatch and tripping.
- Stay updated on logistics processes and share relevant updates with the team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BA, BSc, HND, or other relevant qualifications.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in logistics or customer service is an advantage.
