Job Description
PalmPay seeks a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join its Abuja office. The ideal candidate will act as an Agent Support Officer, ensuring high customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, resolving technical and operational issues, and providing exceptional service to walk-in agents.
You’ll work as an Agent Support Officer to:
- Handle POS terminal retrieval for walk-in agents.
- Manage coin redemption transactions & ensure compliance.
- Replace faulty terminals quickly to avoid downtime.
- Maintain accurate transaction records & resolve discrepancies.
- Provide technical support & guidance on POS usage.
- Generate operational reports & identify improvement areas.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in customer service roles.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of POS operations is an advantage.
- Minimum B.Sc / HND.
