Job Description
Softhills Limited is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will serve as a liaison between the company and its customers. The role involves handling inquiries, providing product/service support, resolving issues, converting leads, and maintaining accurate customer records. The ideal candidate must be customer-oriented, attentive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls
- Convert sales leads and support sales efforts

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Support or Client Service Representative
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills
