Seven-Up Bottling Company is currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative (Igbo & English) to support customer engagement and service operations at its Lagos office.
Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will provide front-line customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves managing customer interactions across multiple channels and gathering feedback to improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support for product and service inquiries.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Manage customer interactions across multiple communication channels.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
- Collect and document customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Must be proficient in Igbo and fluent in English.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service (experience in the manufacturing sector is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Must be willing to work on a shift schedule.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
