Job Description
Customer Support (Primary)
▪️ Handle conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email & live chat (via Intercom)
▪️ Respond with speed, clarity, and professionalism
▪️ Investigate issues, reproduce problems, and document findings before escalation
▪️ Maintain a detailed issue log (bugs, escalations, resolutions)
▪️ Keep customers updated and satisfied throughout
🎥 Demo & How-To Content
▪️ Create walkthrough and product demo videos
▪️ Script, record, and edit short-form tutorials
▪️ Build and maintain a video library for onboarding & support
▪️ Update content as the product evolves
Qualifications & Requirements
✔️ Strong in communication & customer handling
✔️ Comfortable with content creation (video, scripting, editing)
✔️ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
✔️ Able to work independently in a remote setup
✔️ Organized enough to track issues and user feedback
