Job Description
The Dangote Cement Support Services Graduate Trainee Program 2025 is designed to equip young, talented, and ambitious graduates with the skills and hands-on experience required to thrive in a dynamic corporate environment.
As part of the program, successful candidates will:
- Work alongside seasoned professionals across multiple support service departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Procurement, and IT.
- Participate in structured training sessions, workshops, and team-building programs to develop technical and soft skills.
- Contribute to real-life projects and initiatives aimed at driving operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insight into organizational synergy.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to streamline processes.
- Build professional networks with colleagues, mentors, and leaders within the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, Law, or Information Technology.
- Minimum of Second-Class Lower (2:2) or HND Upper Credit.
- Graduated between 2022 and 2024.
- Must have completed NYSC by October 2025.
- Not more than 28 years old as of October 31, 2025.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications..
- Critical thinking and data analysis skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Adaptability, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
