We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Deputy Branch Manager to support branch operations and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate must currently be a Senior Loan Officer in a Microfinance Bank with strong expertise in credit analysis, risk management, and portfolio performance.
Job Description
Support the Branch Manager in achieving loan targets
Drive loan portfolio growth while maintaining high asset quality
Supervise and monitor loan officers and branch staff
Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines
Manage customer relationships and resolve escalated issues
Prepare periodic performance and credit reports
Qualifications & Requirements
Must currently be a Senior Loan Officer in a Microfinance Bank
4–6 years’ experience in microfinance operations
Strong credit analysis and risk management skills
Proven track record in loan disbursement and recovery
Leadership and team management ability
HND/B.Sc. in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
