Job Description
HRLeverage Africa is seeking a creative and digitally savvy Digital Media & Publicity Officer to strengthen brand visibility and manage online engagement across multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, running paid ad campaigns, and producing engaging multimedia content that drives audience growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, run, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as YouTube and TikTok.
- Manage and grow the organization’s social media accounts.
- Create engaging digital content including flyers, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Edit videos and produce multimedia content, including AI-generated visuals.
- Manage and update online listings, including Google Maps and business profiles.
- Develop strategies to grow, engage, and monetize digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better reach and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital content with brand goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience with YouTube Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with AI-based content creation tools.
- Strong understanding of social media growth and monetization strategies.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Location Requirement
- Candidates must reside within or near Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
