Job Description
Cadbury Nigeria is seeking a Divisional Sales Manager (South-West) to oversee and drive sales operations across the region. The successful candidate will manage and develop the sales team, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure business targets are achieved. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Design and implement an annual business plan to meet channel revenue KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure best-in-class execution.
- Collaborate with account management, category, activation, capability, and finance teams to maximize performance in the region.
- Utilize category insights and tools to engage and influence customers.

Qualifications & Requirements
