Job Description
Emerson invites fresh graduates to apply for its 2025 Graduate Sales Engineer Programme—a career development initiative designed to groom future engineering and business leaders. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in structured training and projects.
- Support the sales, service, and business development teams.
- Assist in implementing growth strategies across regional markets.
- Collaborate with various Emerson business units to drive pull-through opportunities.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Ensure full compliance with Emerson’s ethics, trade, and ITC policies.
- Stay updated with market trends and product developments.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Physics, Chemistry, Geology, or Computer Science
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Have completed NYSC (or present discharge/exemption certificate by September 2025)
- Be fluent in English
- Possess 0–2 years of post-NYSC work experience
- Demonstrate strong presentation and organizational skills
- Show flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
- Be ethical, collaborative, and results-oriented
- (Optional but beneficial): Experience in the oil & gas industry
