Job Description
ROTIC Aluminium Extrusion invites applications for its Engineering Graduate Trainee Programme, designed for ambitious young engineers eager to build a career in manufacturing, production systems, and maintenance.
This intensive training program provides hands-on experience across multiple departments, allowing trainees to develop core technical, analytical, and leadership skills while contributing to real-world industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering and production teams on process improvement projects
- Learn and apply manufacturing, maintenance, and production systems principles
- Support equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Participate in operational planning, safety compliance, and efficiency initiatives
- Demonstrate creativity and initiative by proposing innovative solutions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or HND degree in any Engineering field
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience
- Must have completed or been exempted from NYSC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies
- Innovative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement
