Job Description
Amaiden Energy Nigeria is inviting applications from qualified young graduates for the position of Recruiter/Client Liaison Officer. This entry-level role supports recruitment operations, talent sourcing, candidate assessment, documentation, onboarding, and client relations.
The ideal candidate will assist in driving efficient hiring processes, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring a smooth recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update job descriptions
- Source and screen candidates via databases and application forms
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
- Administer aptitude tests and recruitment assessments
- Advertise job openings across platforms
- Provide shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
- Prepare job offer emails and respond to compensation/benefits inquiries
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
- Support new hire onboarding
- Engage with clients, address inquiries, and resolve complaints within timelines
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc in any discipline
- 0–2 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Client-service focused and attentive to detail
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
