Job Description
Trav4College is seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join its team as Entry Level Sales / Customer Service Officers. This role is ideal for professionals interested in international education, student recruitment, and customer relationship management.
The successful candidates will guide prospective students through the study abroad process, provide exceptional customer support, coordinate with international institutions, and assist in promoting the company’s educational services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Counsel prospective students on international study opportunities and admissions processes.
- Assist students with applications for higher education abroad.
- Coordinate communication between students and partner universities.
- Assess students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to provide suitable guidance.
- Organize and participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
- Attend university training sessions, workshops, and professional development programmes.
- Maintain positive relationships with students and institutional partners throughout the admission process.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, International Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in international student recruitment, admissions, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of global education systems and student visa application processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
