Job Description

erpSoftapp is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Entry-Level Sales Representative to join its sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company’s ERP solutions, and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for technology sales, customer relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Present and demonstrate erpSoftapp’s ERP solutions to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable ERP modules and services.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Stay informed about ERP industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:
    • Business Administration
    • Marketing
    • Information Technology
    • Or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in:
    • Software Sales
    • ERP Sales
    • SaaS Sales
    • B2B Sales

Skills and Competencies

  • Good understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
