Job Description
Norrenberger Financial Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Group Managing Director (GMD). The role involves providing administrative, operational, and strategic support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the executive office.
The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between the GMD and internal/external stakeholders, manage confidential information, and coordinate executive-level activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the GMD’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive communications.
Coordination & Communication
- Organize meetings, board sessions, and executive engagements.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Liaise with partners, regulators, and senior management.
Office & Operations Support
- Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain documentation, filing systems, and records management.
- Support projects and special assignments as required.
Confidentiality & Governance
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
