Job Description

Norrenberger Financial Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Group Managing Director (GMD). The role involves providing administrative, operational, and strategic support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the executive office.

The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between the GMD and internal/external stakeholders, manage confidential information, and coordinate executive-level activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the GMD’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive communications.

Coordination & Communication

  • Organize meetings, board sessions, and executive engagements.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Liaise with partners, regulators, and senior management.

Office & Operations Support

  • Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain documentation, filing systems, and records management.
  • Support projects and special assignments as required.

Confidentiality & Governance

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
