Job Description

Oando Nigeria is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the Chief Corporate Services & Sustainability Officer (CCSSO). This role involves managing executive priorities, coordinating critical projects, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage the CCSSO’s calendar, travel, and scheduling.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, speeches, and briefings for internal and external use.
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.

Project & Portfolio Coordination

  • Track deliverables, KPIs, and deadlines across Corporate Services.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure follow-up on action points.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support sustainability and corporate initiatives.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Liaise with internal teams, regulators, and external partners on behalf of the CCSSO.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, including sustainability and ESG programs.
  • Ensure effective communication between the CCSSO’s office and stakeholders.

Operational & Administrative Excellence

  • Maintain effective filing and record management systems.
  • Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings and events.
  • Manage expenses and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • 5–7 years of experience supporting senior executives in corporate or professional environments.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance, ESG, and risk management frameworks is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deliver tasks accurately and meet deadlines under pressure.
