Job Description
Sea-Faj Consults is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior executives. The successful candidate will handle a variety of executive-level tasks, ensure seamless communication, and contribute to the firm’s efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business briefs as required.
- Conduct basic research and assist with financial or investment-related tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively provide solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with investment research or financial concepts is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
- Integrity, discretion, and proactive problem-solving ability.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
