Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and business support to executive leadership. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting business operations, reporting, and executive communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive PA and Executive Assistant support, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination
- Track tasks, priorities, and operational deliverables to support business management activities
- Compile KPI data, prepare management reports, and develop presentation decks
- Coordinate and collect social media content for leadership’s personal and professional platforms
- Support day-to-day executive and administrative functions efficiently
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Business Support Officer
- Strong analytical skills with experience preparing reports, dashboards, and presentation decks
- High level of organization, professionalism, and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
