Job Description
The Vault Recruitment is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Female NYSC Intern to join its Human Resources team. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical HR experience by supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and other human resource functions in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR-related reports, correspondence, and documentation
- Coordinate communication between candidates, employees, and the HR team
- Assist with staff training, engagement, and HR initiatives
- Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR records and documents
- Carry out additional HR and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Must be a serving NYSC corps member
Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum of 10 months remaining in the NYSC service year
- Must reside in Yaba, Sabo, or nearby areas within Lagos
Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
