Job Description
Fembol Group is seeking ambitious and high-performing graduates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme.
The programme is designed to develop future business professionals through structured training, departmental exposure, mentorship, and hands-on participation in strategic and operational projects.
Successful trainees will work alongside experienced professionals while gaining exposure to different areas of the organization’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training and professional development activities.
- Rotate through assigned departments to gain broad business experience.
- Support routine operational and administrative activities.
- Contribute to business process improvement projects.
- Conduct research and analyze operational information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Support client relationship and key account management activities.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
- Assist with project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
- Support the preparation of meeting reports and other business records.
- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve assigned objectives.
- Undertake other responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree with First Class Honours from a recognized university.
- Be 28 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Have completed the NYSC programme.
- Possess at least five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings.
- Demonstrate a strong academic record.
- Have evidence of leadership experience through extracurricular activities, volunteering, internships, or university leadership positions.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in:
