The FIFA World Cup Volunteer Programme 2026 offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of the world’s biggest sporting event. Volunteers will play a vital role in uniting three countries, 16 host cities, and billions of fans worldwide.
Over 65,000 volunteers will be selected from around the globe to support the tournament, making this one of the largest volunteer programmes in FIFA history.
Qualifications & Requirements
To qualify for the FIFA World Cup Volunteer Program 2026, applicants must:
- Be 18 years or older at the time of application.
- Be available for eight (8) volunteer shifts between June 11, 2026 – July 19, 2026.
- Meet the entry requirements of the host country (visa/immigration).
- Speak English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Attend Volunteer Team Tryouts and complete required training.
- Pass a background check (process may vary by country).
