Job Description
Transsion Holdings is seeking a driven and experienced Fintech Sales Supervisor to lead a high-performing sales team and support the expansion of its fintech operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer acquisition efforts, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets. This role requires strong leadership ability, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of fintech or related sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and growth strategies.
- Drive customer and merchant acquisition initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure monthly and annual sales targets are consistently achieved.
- Train, coach, and mentor sales team members for improved performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fintech, banking, telecommunications, financial services, or related sales roles.
Skills & Competencies
