Job Description
Stockgap Fuels Limited is seeking a Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will handle reception duties, provide administrative support, and ensure effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and enforce security protocols.
- Provide administrative support including filing, scheduling, and document management.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and logistics.
- Deliver excellent customer service and direct inquiries appropriately.
Qualifications & Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role (oil and gas experience is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment usage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with oil and gas industry operations is an added advantage.
