Qualifications & Requirements
Interested candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in a front desk, customer service, or healthcare administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic billing or record management systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
