Job Description
Petrogap Oil and Gas Limited is recruiting a Front Desk Officer (Intern) to provide administrative and customer service support. The role is ideal for a female fresh graduate or NYSC member seeking hands-on experience in office administration, communication, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to guests, clients, and staff professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
- Manage and maintain a tidy, presentable front desk area.
- Handle administrative duties such as mail sorting, scheduling, and record keeping.
- Support other departments with general office tasks when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (fresh graduates or NYSC candidates preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and professional personality.
