Job Description
The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for the company, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and professional front office environment. The successful candidate will handle administrative support duties and maintain a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors professionally and courteously
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage scheduling of appointments and meetings
- Respond to general inquiries about the company’s services
- Sort, receive, and dispatch incoming and outgoing mail
- Keep the front desk and reception area tidy and presentable
Qualifications & Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND) in any relevant field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles
- Strong proficiency in office applications (MS Word, Excel) and phone systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
