Job Description
▪️ Supervise daily fuel station activities and staff
▪️ Ensure smooth customer service and operations flow
▪️ Monitor stock levels and fuel dispensing processes
▪️ Maintain accurate records and reports using ERP systems
▪️ Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
▪️ Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
🎓 Requirements
✔️ B.Sc./HND in any relevant discipline
✔️ 2–3 years experience in a supervisory or similar role
✔️ Strong supervisory and leadership skills
✔️ Good communication and organizational ability
✔️ High level of attention to detail
✔️ Customer service oriented
✔️ Proficiency in ERP systems
