Job Description
GBfoods Africa invites applications from ambitious, purpose-driven graduates for its 24-month Operations Graduate Trainee Program. This program is designed to equip young professionals with hands-on industry experience, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure across the company’s operations in Ghana, Nigeria, and Algeria.

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Technology, Agricultural Science & Technology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, or any related discipline.
- A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is an added advantage.
Eligibility:
- Applicants must have graduated in 2023, 2024, or 2025.
- Must possess First Class (Excellent Equivalent) or Second Class Upper (Very Good Equivalent).
- Open to applicants from Ghana, Nigeria, and Algeria.
- English Language Proficiency is required.
