Job Description
The Intern, Field Services role is designed for young graduates interested in building technical and customer service skills in the healthcare technology sector. The intern will:

Undergo training in technical support for GE medical equipment.

Shadow and observe experienced field engineers to learn how equipment is serviced and maintained.

Support in installations and warranty processes.

Assist with customer relations by interfacing with doctors and technicians regarding equipment status.

Help in administrative tasks, reporting, and compliance activities.

Contribute to productivity and quality goals while learning industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with field engineers on equipment troubleshooting and safety practices.
- Support installation and maintenance processes.
- Assist in documenting service activities and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Report and escalate quality or compliance concerns to the Quality Organization.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Enrolled in or completed ND1 / HND1 in a Nigerian Ministry of Health-certified Biomedical School.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail, initiative, and motivation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
