Job Description
1. Human Resources Trainee
Job Summary:
Gain real-world experience in Human Resources by supporting recruitment, employee relations, training & development, HR operations, and compliance within a structured and professional work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Support onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain and update employee databases and personnel files
- Help with HR reporting and staff welfare activities
- Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking learning participation
- Contribute to performance appraisal coordination and documentation
- Learn and support the implementation of HR policies and labor law compliance
- Participate in ongoing HR improvement and digitization initiatives
- Handle other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong interest in HR with excellent communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
2. Procurement Trainee
Job Summary:
Support the procurement team in sourcing, vendor management, purchasing, logistics coordination, and inventory tracking while adhering to internal procurement procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and sourcing documents
- Support vendor selection, evaluation, and quote comparison
- Track delivery schedules and monitor supplier performance
- Maintain supplier and procurement records
- Collaborate with other departments on material needs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies
- Assist in cost analysis and procurement reports
- Perform logistics and supply chain support tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- BSc in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines
- At least 1 year experience in procurement or inventory control
- Experience in structured organizations (oil & gas preferred)
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and logistics/procurement tools
