Job Description
RDICAFRICA is seeking a motivated Graduate Intern – International Business (Sales Outsourcing) to support the growth of MarketBridge Africa, its sales outsourcing and business development arm. This internship offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience in business development, B2B sales, client acquisition, and international business.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to sales initiatives, market research, and business growth strategies while developing valuable industry skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify B2B sales leads through online and offline prospecting.
- Support client acquisition campaigns and follow up on prospective business opportunities.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other business development documents.
- Maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) records and sales pipeline data.
- Coordinate meetings with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for client projects.
- Support digital outreach campaigns and professional networking initiatives.
- Prepare weekly reports on sales activities and market intelligence.
- Participate in business development meetings and strategic planning sessions.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- International Business
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Economics
- Or a related discipline.
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or be eligible for an internship.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- High level of professionalism with a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
