Job Description
TechnoServe Nigeria is offering an exciting Graduate Internship Program for recent graduates to gain hands-on, real-world experience across several departments. This one-year internship is designed to equip participants with the tools, skills, and exposure required to thrive in development-focused work environments.
Available Internship Tracks:
Operations: Logistics, travel coordination, asset management, safety, and procurement.
Finance: Financial reporting, payments processing, budget tracking, and account management.
Human Resources: Recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and organizational development.
Project/Program Support: Support roles in donor-funded initiatives targeting social, economic, or environmental change.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) from a recognized institution.
Must be a serving corps member or a recent NYSC graduate.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
Familiarity with donor-funded project environments.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ethical, detail-oriented, and capable of independent and team-based work.
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
