Job Description
Waltersmith Petroman Oil Limited invites applications from suitably qualified Nigerian graduates for its Graduate Internship Programme. This programme is designed to identify and develop young professionals with strong academic backgrounds, leadership potential, and the drive to build a successful career in the energy sector.
Selected candidates will gain hands-on industry exposure, practical work experience, and professional development across relevant business and technical functions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Nigerian citizens only
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines:
- Engineering
- Economics
- Law
- Humanities or Social Sciences
- Information Technology
- Finance
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) degree
- Maximum age of 25 years
- Must have three (3) years post-graduation experience, including NYSC
- Candidates with a Master’s degree must have completed it on or before 2025
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
